Hi all,

Recently my uncle (78 years old) has done with MRI. The report sats that “a multi-loculated cyst at pancreatic head-uncinate process 4.7 X 3.6 X 6.5 cm. The findings are suspected IPMN”. After this report, the doctor said that there is no necessity of operation at this moment. But based in the same report, his physician recommend him to go through surgery. My question is: is it mandatory for him to do the operation now?
