My dad was diagnosed last week and the biopsy showed a 50cm tumor on the body of the pancreas which has spread to the webbing of the bowel. They want to treat him with chemotherapy however, at this stage and his age can anyone give me feedback on whether or not we should proceed. Will it really make a difference and what would his quality of life be. Any feedback would be greatly appreciate.

Thank you, Sandy
