MRI and endoscopy have found three cyst and a side branch IPMN, precancerous. Should surgery be considered before they re cancer, or do some never turn cancerous. How many people over 70years old may have precancerous cyst/lesions that may never turn cancerous. I am in good health otherwise. What's to be expected after surgery as far as quality of life
