How scary and awful to have such a vague result. Yes as the other person mentioned find a good GI in your town. The minimal scan should be a MRCP which is a dedicated MRI of pancreas and ducts. If that is suspicious then an ERCP which is a imaged guided surgical biopsy from a subspecialized GI is the next step. Blood work which may be useless as not everyone shows response in the blood is a CA 19-9 and CEA as well as liver enzymes.
