I completely agree with the above response.

I have pancreatic cancer too, with an initial CA19-9 of around 34,500.

Testing was done after 4 chemos, 8 chemos, and, tomorrow, after 12 chemos.

The trend is what is important and doing the test 5 days after the first chemo is not useful.
