Hi all,

It is very sad that my mom was diagnosed as III or IV pancreatic cancer at the tail position. Doctor also said there is cancer migrating to liver so they do not recommend a surgery to remove the pancreas with cancer. They recommend to use I-125 implant to the pancreas to kill the cancer or to make it smaller. Then they will decide what to do next.

Is this treatment of I-125 a good option? or what we should do?

My mod will have a PET-CT tomorrow.

My mom also complains pains at her right side leg to the foot. Some doctors said it is caused by Lumbar disc herniation (from X ray). Is it possible this pain is caused by cancer migrating to the bone?
