Hello everyone, my name is RD and I'm a high school senior in the Bay Area. I am currently researching Pancreatic Cancer for a year-long project in an anatomy class. Aside from all of the research and the clinical trials that are easily researchable online, I would like to ask all of your help in sharing your experiences with pancreatic cancer. I visited a support group at Stanford last month and what really struck my interest was how life just suddenly changes. This could mean struggling to find the urge to eat because everything tastes worse after chemotherapy or losing the capabilities to do something that you once loved to do.

If you are willing to email me the answers to a few questions below, I would be very grateful.

1. At what age were you first diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer, and at what stage was it discovered?

2. What sudden changes to your daily routine had to be made in order to accommodate treatments?

3. Are there activities that you can no longer do because of your chronic condition?

4. I would like to orient my project towards the health and wellness aspect of pancreatic cancer. Were there any dietary changes related to your condition? If so, please go into further detail (meaning more protein and veggies over carbs, etc.)

I wish all of you the best.
