All the treatments are brutal and your body may be affected differently than others and the source of your pain. You will have to keep on complaining until you are heard. Regarding your surgery you described, it was not a whipple but a distal panreatectomy. These are two totally different surgeries involving different parts of your body. This may be the issue when getting resolution. Doctors may be making decisions based upon inaccurate information. Good luck.
