The thing is with pancreatic cancer, by the time you are symptomatic it is usually quite clear on imaging tests.... especially all the tests you have had. You just don't see a pancreas misfunctioning due to cancer and see.... no cancer in the pancreas. Then your symptom is not due to pancreatic cancer.
You would be better helped by talking to the best gastroenterologist you can find, and realizing that sometimes finding nothing is still good news. Of course, it can still be frustrating. Sometimes it takes time to see what is going on. But usually the really bad things, do not remain hidden. The fact that nothing has come out of this is a very good sign.
Continue to follow with the best gastroenterologist you can find, work on any dietary experimentation you can in case that is contributing. And aggressively treat the symptoms.... treat your anxiety for sure.
