Your symptoms could be due to other digestive problems, or anxiety. Anxiety alone can cause chest discomfort, bowel changes etc... The symptoms may also be unrelated, caused by different things. And the longer you have them, and don't see anything on imaging tests, the more reassuring that they are not caused by something like pancreatic cancer. Pancreatic cancer doesn't cause anxiety, chest discomfort etc..

To have pancreatic dysfunction significant enough to cause digestive problems (fatty floating stools, diabetes), you would have a finding on the imaging tests showing that a significant portion of the pancreas is not functioning due to disease or tumor. If the pancreas looks normal on imaging, it likely is.

What do the doctors say? Did you get a second opinion?
