The one good thing I can say is that your test are normal. However the dilated bile ducts are a bit worrisome seeing that they do not know the source but by the same token, if you had a mass it would be visible on CT and MRCP. Don't put too much hope in the ERCP, they often come back inconclusive.

Based upon what you have said, I don't think you have PC. Something is causing the changes in bile duct which may be a stone that has passed. You are very fortunate to have had such in depth testing. I think at this stage I would be monitored routinely and if you don't have to be part of the PC world I would focus on that. It is smart to be your own advocate and it seems you've done a wonderful job. If this next test comes back normal, I would take a break and re assess at a later point.
