Did the doctor have an explanation for the gastritis in your stomach? Did they biopsy it to see if you had an infection? Because gastritis/reflux can cause pain, as can gastroparesis, which are much more common than Pancreatic cancer.
Pancreatic cancer is still low down on the list for your situation. And it would be very unusual for a cancer to cause so much pain and be so teeny tiny that you can't see it on a CT scan. And even if it is cancer, it would be so incredibly small right now it would be easily curable with surgery.
Do other people in your family have cancer? Is there some other reason the
doctor is concerned? Were any of your blood tests abnormal (ex. CEA or
CA19-9 or ESR or CRP)?
