Thanks for reaching out.

Hope you are right. But the weight and muscle mass continues to drop.

I doubt itís food allergies either as my diet is good and is essentially unchanged for many years. I have little faith in my PCP as he is essentially done with me. I doubt he sees many cancers as itís a high volume practice with mostly healthy people.

The abdomen is really unsettled regardless of what I eat other than drinking a glass of water. Sometimes just eating a bit yogurt almost immediately brings about cramping in the stomach or colon area. I would think this would be easily seen on a scan, but Iím fairly sure it was not pancreatic protocol like the earlier one 3.5 years ago. But one then begins to doubt the CT hardware and the radiologist reading it. Or the type of contrast being IV or oral. And of course perhaps another medium like EUS is needed. There are a number of cases where diagnoses was very hard to make using multiple testing, scans, and ultrasounds.

The physical changes to the body are pretty unbelievable. What I would consider muscle wasting all within a 3 month time period. So then the question is what is this? Iíve just never read about or seen anything like thiis and I spent a career in the medical field. I actually used to run CA 19-9 assays.

One thing for sure, I need to know and my wife and family need to know.

And I have a closet full of XL clothing. Iím now a L óseriously.
