Thanks for all the advice; it seems like minimizing risk factors such as smoking, drinking alcohol, diet and weight are important. I took this cancer screening test on my own through a sale at Life Extension Foundation (lef.org).

They do highly recommend enlisting the services of a genetic counselor so that will be my next step. I actually am scheduled to undergo a very thorough executive physical in January and will pay attention to any out of range results.

Dr. Hruban, I reviewed the registry idea but I do not have a relative that I know of that had PC.
