Waiting on scan results and trying to divine the situation, which I know is a useless endeavor. After 5 rounds of folfirinox, my CA 19-9 has dropped 75% from value at diagnosis and my ALP level has finally dropped to below my starting level (it is now at the high end of normal). I have liver and bone mets. Should i have hope in the fact that both values have dropped significantly? Or does it likely not mean much?
