Hello John,

This is the first time I use this message board. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic cancer on April 2017, but my symptoms started around Nov 2016. I did 15 rounds of the same treatment. Started out with 4.4CM in my pancreas, then came down to 3.8, then went back up to 4.0cm. Meanwhile had some showing in my lungs, couple went away and one came back. No matter what the doctors say, always be optimistic, the one and only will decide our fate. Watch what you eat, that is the most important thing to do. I looked at the Budwig diet when I started, but did not follow it. Now I am watching every single thing I eat and putting more green into my mornings and nights meals and hoping that will help down the road.
