I wouldn't focus on it too much, as CA19-9 this early isn't really helpful. What is most reliable are the trends over months, and how you feel. We tended to check CA19-9 after each major chemo cycle....maybe every 2 months or more.

But hey... If she is tolerating chemo, the pain is improving, and CA19-9 is trending down....sure...be happy!
