My husband just finished Folfirinix protocol ( chemo every 2 weeks for 8 weeks, 4 rounds) and the cancer advanced some. Spots in liver grew. He's now going on Gemabraxane ( Gemcitabine + Nabapaclitaxel). His tumor is not operable. Is there anyone out there who had cancer advance some while in Folfirinox and then done well on Gemabraxane?? We are actually joining a trial that's Gemabraxane + SGT 53 but I'm just curious as to whether anyone for whom, Folfirinox didn't work who had success with Gemabraxane or some other protocol after. Really would appreciate hearing about any positive outcomes. Suzy
