Would appreciate any information on PRRT (Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy) for metastatic pancreatic Neuroendocrine tumors. I'm one step away from this therapy and am most likely going to have it.

Not sure yet of my tumor's rate of growth, but we recently discovered new progression in my liver. It has been suggested that I am a good candidate for PRRT. First off, I'm simply trying to determine where this treatment is offered. I know it is offered in Basel and Rotterdam, Houston and Calif (Stanford).

I was initially diagnosed with a non-functional NET in late 2005, followed by a distal pancreatectomy (2006), then a partial hepatectomy (2008), and have done well since then on Sandostatin LAR.

Thanks for any and all comments.

Regards, Sandra (TX)
