If your general doctor ordered this scan, I guarantee they know nothing about pancreatic 'cysts' and you need to talk with a more experienced doctor. Don't let them just brush them aside. Look in the gastroenterology department to see if there is anyone with an interest/specializing in the pancreas, pancreatitis, or pancreatic cancer. Go see that person and ask their opinion on the scan and whether you need more tests.
I would be less concerned about the lymph node enlargement. Chances are very high you just have cysts, and most will not become cancer, and even those that do progress very very slowly. But you still need an expert to advise you how often to repeat imaging of the cysts, what blood tests to check, and what additional imaging is useful now (eg. MRCP, EUS).
This is a great website. If you happen to live in a city that contains one of the expert doctors they list on the website, definitely see that doctor.
