Thanks for your thorough reply. My meds are omeprazole and ranitidine for the GERD. Saw GI today and she is changing the timing of when I take the meds. She is also rx'ed cholerstyeramine as she thinks it might be bile reflux vs acid reflux. If my symptoms don't improve then imaging in a month. I had gastroparesis soon after the surgery which improved but I wonder if its still happening as I constantly feel my food in my belly. Such a disgusting feeling even with the Creon. My problem is that I forget to eat as I rarely get hungry. Then when I do eat usually something small I have a stomach ache and/or diarrhea. The diarrhea is a nightmare and still cannot control it after trying every possible drug combo for nearly 3 years now.

I love my GI as she listens to me and will have me try non conventional things is the 'normal' meds don't work. For me the cause of everything is the whipple surgery. I was re-built and things just cannot work the same as in nature. Yeah they got the tumor but my GI system is the collateral damage. It's like they say, they burned the forest to kill the one tree.

These new symptoms are scaring me a bit given the history of this beast. I also lost weight which I didn't realize until today (usually kind of busy ; - )

Thanks again, much appreciated!
