There must have been a reason you had the cyst removed, that made it higher risk. That is a very different situation.

And the first step should always be biopsy/aspiration of fluid, which is easier to do with pseudocysts because they are larger. There are now very good paradigms for assessing the fluid in cysts (genetic marker tests and more) to assess risk for cancer.

As with everything, you need to see an expert in pancreatic cysts.
