No, you do not sound like a person with pancreatic cancer.

Yes, in the vast majority of cases, the scans you have had would have revealed if you had pancreatic cancer.

No, it is not common for people with pancreatic cancer to have new sudden nausea and vomiting (and then losing weight due to this), and then have it suddenly reverse with no symptoms and to have normal labs and scans, and gain all the weight back.

There are other, much more common causes of your symptoms, like migraine, gastroparesis, gastritis, infections etc..

You can relax. Sometimes we never figure out the cause of our symptoms. But if they go away competent, this is the best possible sign.
