I'm 43 years old. 2 months ago I found myself nauseous and vomiting. This lasted 2 weeks. I also lost 15 pounds. No pain or any other symptoms. My appetite is back and I started to gain weight again.

I had an endoscope, colonoscopy, MRI, MRCP with contrast, CT with contrast and all showed no signs of cancer. I also had a Hida-scan that showed my gallbladder with a refraction score of 30%. I also have a hiatal hernia

I did have an elevated lipase number but since has come down.

When patients loss wight due to Pancreas Cancer are their cancers more likely to show up on one of the test that I had taken? Does the weight loss usually indicate the cancer is in a late stage.

I realize that I have NOT be diagnosed with cancer but mentally I'm struggle. Its starting to consume me. are there other test that I should push for?

Thank you.
