Looking for some advice and insight.

I have been ill for the last seven months and been to the end of the world and back and cannot get a diagnosis, don't know what to do. Here is a summary

August- extreme anxiety feeling in the chest... very strange and hard to describe October- nasea/vomit/rapid weight loss of 40 pounds over 3 months/ slight pain on left upper side/ notice feces is covered in mucus or fat Dec- continued symptoms , start R.E.M. Erin to increase appetite Today- all same symptoms but have regained all my weight back I believe from remeron

Tests All blood tests normal other than testosteron, cortisol, fsh,lh.

Several MRI/Mrcp - normal

Several pancreatic ct's - all normal except 1 which mentiones slightly enlarged spleen

Pet/ct - small hypermetobolic area in the tail of the pancrea, all doctors write this off as nothing !

Multiple eus- Several criteria for early mild chronic pancreititus - advised that my symptoms would not be this severe from what they see. On one eus a cyst was seen and aspirated

3 quantitative fecal fat tests 11g, 7.5 ,7.5 all mild elevated

My symptoms are so sever ( mainly the nasea) I want to look away from the pancreas but after extensive testing outside and in oancreas the only things that are 'off' are fecal fat and the pet scan.... along with my symptoms and nasea

I have seen top doctors at USC, UCLA, Cedars -Sinai, Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, clevland clinic, scripos, and my regional hospital.

They all say it's not my pancreas.......
