Pseudo cysts are the 'best' cysts because they don't become cancer. They develop in folks primarily with chronic pancreatitis, and sometimes after trauma/surgery. They can sometimes cause symptoms (nausea, pain etc...) but in general you just treat the symptoms if you have them, and leave the cyst alone.

You should be followed by a very good gastroenterologist who is an expert on pancreatitis or pseudo cysts, but you do not usually need to follow the cysts with repeat scans, especially if you don't have symptoms.
