add to earlier message; Mayo Clinic is the #1 hospital in U.S. I HIGHLY recommend them; if you are too far away, at least call them and get as much info from them that you can. Also, if it comes to needing more nutrition, most Oncology care givers recommend Boost or Ensure; they taste horrible and contain a lot of cancer feeding sugar; a better solution is a protein dry mix (sold at drug and general merchandise stores) are sugar free, have more nutrition and taste good. There are many clinical trials out there to pursue and different chemo combinations (check with Mayo). Don't give up; good luck and blessings to you.
