I was diagnosed with inoperaple stage 4 PC/liver Cancer in Dec 2014; began strongest chemo in Jan 2015; my CA19-9 went from 198500 to 11 in Apr 2016; if your dad had some shrinkage with chemo (you did not state if it was medium intensity of the strongest. IF it was medium, I am suggesting the stronger version. He has my utmost empathy and I send best wishes for him.
