Johns Hopkins does research into family history of PC. Contact them by email and phone, and join their study. It will involve gathering family history and as much medical information as you can. They may be able to refer you and your family to resources and give you recommendations regarding your future risk and the best way for screening. We currently don't have an effective screening method.

But they will be on top of this.

I am so sorry to hear of all the loss in your family.

I also truly hope that someone called and spoke to the doctor who did not follow-up the weight loss and back pain. Those are very nonspecific diagnoses, but the doctor could have done more. The doctor will never forget your brother, I promise you...
