Hi. My father was diagnosed with inoperable PC back in Sept. 2016. They started him on chemo right away. 2 days on, 10 days off. His first scan after 5 rounds showed slight shrinkage. He had another scan right before his last treatment (#9), and there was some progression :( He is now heading to JH at the end of the month to start immunotherapy clinical trial. Before the trial starts, he has to get an endoscopy to make sure no cancer has reached his stomach lining. If it din, trial is off. Then what happens?? If his chemo stopped working after a few months and he can't get immunotherapy what other options does he have? I feel so helpless. I want him to have options to fight this awful disease. Any help or insight on what I should be doing to help him fight this and give him his best chance at survival would be very helpful.

Thank you.

Regards,

Cathleen
