While my appetite is need good my doc wants me to lose ten to twenty more pounds. I went not surgery at 246, am down to 220 but at last check up he said another ten to twenty would be the ideal. As far as sleep, I get about four solid hours a night and then catch sleep with 60 to 90 minute periods a night wrote PCPtoday asking for advice on sleep as I read a previous post of yours noting sleep, emotional stability etc. and the part they play in recovery. Thanks again.
