I am two months out from Whipple surgery which included a stay in ICU and am still feeling fatigued as well as a bit unsteady when walking. I have read where folks went back to work after a couple months and feel lucky to be retired as I am sure I couldn't do that at this point. My doctor put me on vitamin c as well as Iron tablets as blood work showed my Iron as low. Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. How does one know when the creon pills are working, I take them with meals and snacks but occasionally miss them when I'm out and get hungry and don't really see a difference in how I feel or how my digestive system is responding.

Thanks
