Sorry I cannot advise but am curious - was the IPMN diagnosis incorrect and this was a colloid tumor or is it that the IPMN was a colloid tumor? I have multiple IPMN's and understand they can mutate/become cancerous and trying to determine if this is another cancer I need to discuss with my Dr. FYI, MD Anderson in Houston also does remote referrals. The good news is that the prognosis for this is very good. Best of luck to your husband.
