The whipple is one huge distestive nighmare at first but it does get better. It just takes time. It took me a year to start feeling better from the whipple. Fatigue nausea abdominal pain and back pain were my major post whipple probs to go along with a couple post surgery complications right after surgery. So give it some time but if pain get to intense don't hesitate to go to er. Hope things get better for you and God Bless.
