What you are describing sounds like anxeity/anxiety attack. Very common.

Sometimes if you have an irregular heartbeat (atrial fibrillation) it might feel like this. Hyperthyroidism can also cause this. Drinking a bit too much coffee/caffeine for you can cause this. Stress can cause this.

You don't have pancreatic cancer... correct?

You symptom is not a symptom of pancreatic cancer. Check with your primary care doctor, and work on methods to decrease stress/anxiety on your own - mindfulness, exercise, hobbies, counseling/therapy. Medications help a lot.
