So sorry to hear about your wife. It's such a hard position to be in. Take the treatment but risk good quality of life or don't take it and most likely die. Thanks for sharing your story. I often wonder what lays ahead for me. post whipple 2 3/4 years and lots of GI issues after surgery. I did not qualify for radiation and after listening to your story I am glad I did not.

My life post whippl has not been easy. I have already made my decision regarding no treatment if recurrence were to happen.

Good luck to all of you. All I can say is that is sucks to be in that position. Sending you lots of prayers and good energy.
