I'd too like to find a specialist who will treat me under a plan specifically for T3CM diabetics. Certainly don't want to consider any drug that would make what's left of my pancreas work harder. \Would a fast acting/short term insulin after meals be reasonable? No, best plan would be a low carb diet & exercise. Is my thinking delusional for T3CM diabetics like myself?
