Sadly, there are no early detection test. I would however recommend you get genetic testing for BRCA 1 and 2. My husband died of pancreatic cancer, and my adult son and daughter tested positive for BRCA 2. They are getting CA 19 -9 blood test every few months, and will start MRI's and ultrasounds soon. So sorry to hear of all your losses. Best wishes.
