Some time ago I lost my mother, her brother, her sister and two of my cousins to pancreatic cancer. It has been a dread for myself and my siblings. Recently my older sister passed from that same dread disease. Thus far I have had no symptoms but the problem with this disease is the symptoms manifest when it is too late to do anything about it.

Are there any early detection methods yet available? I live in dread daily I will be the next among my brother and sisters to succumb.
