My dad passed away on December 8th at 11:46 AM. Thomas Joseph Walsh. I figured I would share the link to his obituary so that I could share a piece of him on this site that has meant so much to me.

Thank you to everyone on this board who responded to my questions and provided the comfort and support that I couldn't find in family simply because you all had the knowledge of going through this journey already. I wish I could thank you all personally for helping me through this difficult time. I wish you all knew my dad! He was the greatest person on Earth- like an angel walking. Now he's an angel above me.

By the way my name is Kiera Walsh Kawoczka. I recently got married (in July) hence the 'KW' site name :) Thank you all.
