I would see if you can go to a center that deals specifically with pancreatic issues - I had the same series of tests as you and was initially misdiagnosed with pancreatitis, turns out I have IPMN's and am in a surveillance program. If you cannot physically go there, Johns Hopkins and I think MD Anderson both will review the tests that you have had and give you a 2nd opinion but it is preferable to been seen in their clinic/have repeat tests since, at least in my case, they used a different protocol for diagnosis.
