I think you should go see a hepatoligist to make sure you do not have liver disease. Many many people that do not drink get cirrhosis of the liver. I saw a GI group that followed my pancreatic cysts and due to symptoms and bloodwork thought I had pancreatic cancer. This went on for a few years until I saw a hepitologist who dx me with cirrhosis. If you get a clean bill of health then I would say it is anxiety. A GI is NOT equipped to dx liver disease in many cases. Go to a place where they do transplants as doctors there would be on top of dx liver. I wished I had seen one a few years earlier. Don't panic and once you know your liver is good you can relax.
