You mentioned having a full body CT. I would be careful with imaging as radiation is cumulative, it never leaves your body, so it puts you at greater risk for developing cancer.
I think your doctor is frustrated with you as all the testing indicates no PC but you seemed heavily focused on this as your diagnosis. I agree, no medical testing is accurate all the time but CT can pick up 1mm tumors/cysts.
I would think about changing my lifestyle. Look into changing diet to include healthier options. Inflammation is responsible for lots of systemic problems which can be aggravated by foods and drinks. Look into natural supplements which may help your symptoms. Also as mentioned in other response work on mental health as that is just important.
Please be happy that no test indicates that you have PC. This disease sucks.
I wish I never got it. How I wish I could have my former life back. Focus on
getting your health/mind and life back to healthy. You have what most of us
don't have, real hope that will have a long, heathy life without the harsh
realities of this disease. Run towards your life and not towards Pancreatic
