B.GA 2016 Update
This is my 14th anniversary of having Whipple surgery. My life is much the
same as last year's post. With a grateful heart, I still enjoy good quality
of life. I am now facing the prospect of going on insulin. The success I
have had with controlling diabetes with diet and exercise are not working as
well as in the past. I tried Metformin and other oral meds on more than one
occasion and they all resulted in serious side affects. Other than that,
life is good and I am grateful for every minute I have to spend with family
and friends. Best wishes to all.
