Liver mets are pretty easy to diagnose. You usually see something on CT scan with contrast. They biopsied my Mom's liver met, and figured out it was pancreatic cancer. She also had a HUGE mass we could see in her pancreas, and many spots of cancer in her lungs, bones, peritoneum and more.
The itching and jaundice weren't symptoms my Mom had. Those are due to cancer invading the head of the pancreas and blocking the draining ducts from the liver. Rarely a liver mass can cause this. There are also many other liver diseases that cause jaundice, itching etc... that have nothing to do with cancer.
Rarely symptoms like severe twitching or bruising/bleeding can be caused by a liver problem, but those are typically people with severe advanced liver disease..... like the alcoholic waiting for a liver transplant, or in the ICU. Your liver blood tests would be very abnormal and e doctors would know immediately if this is you.
And by the time people have liver mets from PC, their pancreatic mass would be very big and obvious on CT scan, you can't really have a hidden pancreatic cancer with hidden liver mets. Doesn't happen.
What does the doctor say? Who is ordering all of these tests?
