EGFR has two meanings.

EGFR = Epidermal growth factor receptor (which is mentioned on this board), which is a gene that can be mutated in many types of tumors. Sometimes a blood test or a tumor test is done to see if this is normal or abnormal.

or

eGFR = estimated glomerular filtration rate, which shows how well the kidneys are working at removing waste from the blood. If it is below 60, that is considered abnormal. So over 60 is ok.
