There is hope with FOLFIRINOX! Two years ago I was diagnosed with locally advanced unresectable PC and put on neo-adjuvant FOLFIRINOX. It wasn't easy to tolerate with nasty side-effects, BUT over the course of the chemo and subsequent radiation with 5FU, the tumor was reduced from 28cm to less than 2mm (as determined by post-surgical pathology). Today I am no evidence of disease - mostly due to the FOLFIRINOX.
