I found this message board while wandering trying to read as much as I can about this disease. My wife, who by all other accounts, is extremely healthy, was just diagnosed with Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer, moved to liver and lymph node. She has no symptoms of the disease and her blood work is completely normal. If not for a gallstone that sent her to the ER, this never would have been discovered. Now, after biopsies, hearing words like 'inoperable' and 'pallative', a port placement and her first bout of 50 hrs of chemo, I am left wandering the internet and reading.

4 weeks ago we had begone the process to adopt a child. 3 weeks ago this hits. Still hard to fathom...
