Which chemo? Gemcitabine, 5FU, Folfirinox? Usually one type is for initial diagnosis and others are used for metastatic and/or locally advanced. If she is going to do chemo again, which drug will be used instead?

Alternative therapies. I just recently found this website chrisbeatcancer. He talks about different approaches like nutrition and prayer. I am a strong believer in nutrition and prayer. I radically changed my diet after my whipple. I prayed and meditated at least 30 minutes every day. It is food for the soul. Also got put on many prayer circles.
I am currently NED! I can't say why as I don't have the secret formula. There is no one thing that works for everyone. For me it was about changing everything in my life to achieve balance.
I pray that you find the answers you need for your friend.
