My friend was diagnosed May 2015 she had the Whipple procedure then chemo every two weeks for 8 months followed by preventative chemo for 10 weeks . She finished last chemo end of May . Everything has been great she was feeling great even playing soccer camping spending time with her two kids6&4. She had a scan done middle of July and results came back spot on her liver biopsy done and not good news .next step possible cyber knife procedure .second scan done and now three spots and first spot has grown from .5cm to 3cm . They told her they've never seen it grow so fast . Next step now she starts chemo next week and pray it works they are giving it four treatment every two weeks of it doesn't take said she has 3-4months to live . Does anyone have any positive survival stories or stories of a young women going through same situation . Also does anyone have any advice for me on how I can help her . I'm taki g the kids a few nights next week and will start a group to make some meals but I don't feel that's enough.
